With every workout, you’ll max out. That means to stop or fail for the first time in each workout. Yes, go for failure! It’s not about going the full 30 minutes, it’s about going as hard as you can for as long as you can, until you max out. In the beginning, you might only get through the first few minutes before you max out. You record your MAX OUT TIME, take a few seconds to catch your breath, then jump back in and go as long as you can. Track your max out times over the course of the 60-day program. As long as you go for your max every day, you’ll see excellent results in just 2 months!
